Neighborhood of 9 different character building sensitive to regional traditions, local environment,
handicap facilities. State of Art technology in harmony with existing structures. The plot area
for the Center is 32500 sq.m.

The consultant's responsibilities were data collection, analysis, design of architecture,
landscaping, structure and electro-mechanical services, preparation of bill of quantities, cost estimates and
contract documents, assisted client in bidding, bid evaluation. Also supervision of construction.
