Description: A high rise commercial and business tower of 18 floors in the heart of Kuwait City. The tower consists of shopping centers, offices, restaurants building consisting of one level of shopping mall with offices on the mezzanine with a central atrium, having water bodies, public seating's and food outlets. The building was constructed on 11000 mtrs. Sq. plot of land. |
Responsibilities: UNETEC was awarded to do the complete engineering design, preparation of tender documents, prequalification of contractors, evaluation of bids, demolition of existing building and supervision of this new architectural challenging shopping mall and offices. |
