| Client: KUWAIT METAL PIPE INDUSTRIES, KUWAIT |
Description: Residential complex consisting of 5 tower blocks, 8 storey high comprising of 95 apartments, a shopping mall on the ground floor, car parking in the basement for 70 vehicles and a facilities block with swimming pool for adults and a children's pool. The apartments are finished to a high standard of design and workmanship. |
Responsibilities: UNETEC was awarded to do the complete design review, preparation of tender documents, prequalification of contractors, evaluation of bids and supervision of construction and project management throughout construction period.
